I use cPanel, however, I've used Plesk and a bit of DirectAdmin before now.
Even though I don't normally go with the majority, I think I prefer cPanel now. It was just easier to use (not set up) than plesk.
The main problem with Plesk, was setting up the reseller permssions for any reseller account I wanted creating.
Now however, if I want to create a reseller account, I give them WHM, and it's done!
