| Don't Click the Blue E! |

Two Firefox books are coming out in the next couple of months, one of them being "Don't Click on the Blue E!" and the other "Firefox Hacks".
The first is on educating the user and helping them upgrade to Firefox. The later as you might have guessed is for pros that like to get everything possible out of a piece of software.
I'm really currious and would like to see the Blue E book... It would probably give me a lot of good info to help others make the switch... although I find installing the software and deleting the cursed E icon is all the help people need for the most part.

1. Help people admire themselves. Most will believe anything you tell them if you help them believe the best about themselves.

Hear, hear. I still get people telling me "why should I switch from IE? it does everything I need to, and I don't have anything important on my computer anyway". Ouch. It is these people for whom I don't feel sorry when they get viruses or their identity stolen. Sorry, if you've ben warned and chose to ignore the warning, all I can say to you is "that'll be $200 to reinstall everything".
