As you all are aware of the tragic disaster which struck in South East Asia and the death - toll has already exceeded 150,000 people. Let us make an effort of helping the poor victims by donating for their welfare.
Prayers and money are what is needed most right now, I suppose.
The enormity of the tragedy is mind boggling.
A co-worked got back from Thailand, a few weeks before. The place they stayed at doesn't exist anymore, and many of the people he met may have passed from the Earth.
Did you hear the story of a 10 year old who had just learned about how the water would receed before a tsunami? She was able to save 100 lives with this information. A little bit of knowledge going a long way. There was another story about someone who also tried to warn people not to venture into the emptying sea bed, she was laughed at by people who soon lost their lives.
