I've just been trying to get a response from hostway support. There's just nobody home. They fired their whole customer support division, I think.

Those guys used to annoy me so much.
I remember wanting to know why the permissions of files were being automatically changed, but they just couldn't seem to comprehend that I wasn't running a script to do it, or they would take issue with the type of file I was using as an example.
Hope you get ahold of someone...

I am very happy with Enom, even though their support sucks, they provide alot of features with the account. Especially the DNS control is very powerfull and so is reliability. I had to contact support once I never got reply back, and since never had problems and need to to contact them again.

Namecheap is great. Cheap domains, and they're easy to push to another account.
