I have been adding my website http://www.letsrentaproperty.com to directories day and night, but often some of these directories completely ignore my website and don't even bother to list it. I've also known some directories de-list my site.
My main point is that I can't find many places left to submit my site to, and yet I have so few links, only 12 on google, but a more respectable 175 on MSN. I want to know how some very average sites seem to have thousands of links, but where do they get them all from?
I have submitted my site to all those directories listed on Dan's site, info.vilesilencer.com, and that is where I saw Seoma. But I seem to have run out of ideas for more links, so if anyone knows where to go from here, please let me know?
I am impressed with seoma, and looking on rustybrick I can see the PR looks like it will jump to 7 from 5 at the next update. I just wondered how it has been possible to jump so far in such a short space of time?
Thanks

SEO can take a lot of patience.
Google won't record your backlinks for some time, plus they may never actually show many of them, even though they know about most all of them.
Glad you liked SEOMA, but I wouldn't too much credence in any Google estimation tool, they really have no idea, and they are all "just for entertainment". In fact, I got a good bit of entertainment out of the fact that RB says the PR for this website, host4um.com, is going to be an 8 after the next update. That's just plain silly.

SEO 1 is only a few days old at this point, but there's already some great SEO information being posted there, plus top posting members are getting free site-wide links. That could be another great free boost for your site...
