Okay, we all know that customers can be a challenge no matter what you are selling, hosting or otherwise. But for those that have run a hosting business, what was the biggest challenge besides customer support?
Was it a particular technical issue?
Was it financing related?
Advertising and getting new customers, or something else?

the only problem is giving tech support to people who don't even seem to know how to use a mouse

yet those people, still managed to buy a hosting account. What were they thinking! I like how some people's minds work...
