I've been using this software from a Russian based company.
It is a really good deal as far as price, and I've found the templates to be very easy to customize in complex ways to add new functionality that we've needed to help us keep up with our books and such.
Also they provide a feature they call the "cart catalog". Basically the software can generate static HTML pages for SEO purposes, instead of using the CGI pages.
I've also integrated my Froogal update with the software, so it makes that easy too...
