about 5 months or more, im fearly new to providing hosting.

Treating customers nicely and provide great support always vital, oh and that its much harder than you think Wink .

So you start learning hosting stuff 5 month ago ??? What exactly do you mean, i dont understand. if if only started to know about hosting in these 5 months? Confused

So wat make you wanted to start your own hosting ???
Well i find it fun and i like people to be happy with hosting, so i know that i will try to keep people to there happyest not like other hosts that are in mainly for the money, and also because i could earn a little bit more money Wink .

Shocked Customer support can be a pain, I know that from retail. Makes a difference though. Wink

You can say that again, i had this customer that was so stupid about sites that he kept asking me to do the things for him, well i work so hard and then after 2 days he sells the site to someone, the fela dident even know what ftp was, and then he tried saying the FTP doesent stand for File Transfer Protocol, well in those 2 days i started to grow white heare lol.
