I would like to offer you my experience with PlanetGAC Web Services. I have been a customer of PlanetGAC Web Services for two years and have had nothing but a good experience. I have heard of problems with the EAST Coast NOC but thankfully I am located at their cetral servers and have had nothing but 100% uptime and excellent support.
